Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Services Included

  • Free Domain: For all website design packages, we offer a free domain registration for one year (depending on availability). Domain renewal fees will apply after the first year.
  • Free Hosting: For higher-tier packages, we provide free hosting for the first 3 Month. Hosting renewal fees will apply after the Term.
  • Business Cards: For higher-tier packages, we also offer a set of free business cards. Additional cards or customizations may incur extra charges.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to begin work on your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the website is launched.
  • Payment plans may be available for larger projects. Please contact us to discuss options.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality work and ensure your satisfaction. However, if you’re not happy with our services, here’s our refund policy:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your project before any work has started, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • During the Project: If you cancel after work has begun, refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
  • After Completion: Once the website is completed and delivered, refunds are not available. However, we’re happy to make reasonable revisions to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product.

4. Ownership and Rights

  • Once the final payment is made, you own the rights to the website design and content (excluding any third-party assets or templates).
  • We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Revisions

  • We include a set number of revisions in each package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Please provide feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays in the project timeline.

6. Timeline

  • Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins. Delays in feedback or requested changes may impact the completion date.

7. Free Domain and Hosting

  • The free domain and hosting are provided as part of the package and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Domain and hosting renewals are the responsibility of the client after the first year.

8. Business Cards

  • Business cards are included in higher-tier packages. Any additional requests or customizations will be charged separately.

2. Web Hosting Services

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Hosting Services)

  • What’s Covered: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to our Linux Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and VPS Hosting services.
  • How it Works: If you’re not completely satisfied with your hosting service within the first 30 days of your purchase, we’ll gladly provide you with a full refund.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    • Simply contact our friendly support team via [Your Support Channels, e.g., email, live chat] within 30 days of your initial purchase.
    • Let us know why you’re requesting a refund, and we’ll process it as quickly as possible.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after your request is approved.
  • Limitations:
    • This guarantee applies to new hosting service purchases only.
    • Domain registration fees, software licenses, and any other third-party services are non-refundable.
    • Any setup fees that are not part of the standard order process may also be non refundable.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Personalized Merchandise

We strive to ensure the highest quality for our personalized merchandise. However, if the product is damaged, not working, or the imprint is incorrect or misspelled, we offer a refund. Please notify us immediately by writing to hello@customhosting.uk.

Note: Personalized items are exempt from returns without reason due to their customized nature.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@customhosting.uk

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
